Our research group meets once a week, each Thursday, for a Journal Club (JC) and a Group Meeting (GM).
Weekly Meetings
Journal Club (JC)
The Journal Club is run between Birmingham and Oxford, focused on Systems Neuroscience. During the JC, one of us presents a paper they found interesting, and we discuss it together in-depth. This is a great space to share thoughts, practise presenting, and engage in friendly discussion.
- When: Every Thursday at 10 AM
- Format: In-person at OHBA, with Teams attendance available

Group Meeting (GM)
Group Meetings are reserved for core members of the Neuronal Oscillations group. We usually invite an external speaker to present their research. Internal speakers are also welcome to use a GM slot to present their own work (e.g., to practise a grant proposal presentation).
- When: Every Thursday at 11 AM
- Format: In-person at OHBA, with Teams attendance available
